To facilitate processing the paperwork for New Zealand immigration physical exams please bring the following required documents:

Passport or copy of passport (required).

1. Two (2) recent passport size photographs. Must be taken within six months. Required for all applicants.
2. If the New Zealand Embassy sent you forms, bring these, otherwise we will provide the required forms.
3. Bring your eye glasses with you for the required eye exam.
4. Please call for pricing and scheduling an appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks. No personal checks accepted.
