To facilitate processing the paperwork for Australian immigration physical exams please bring the following required documents:

1. Passport (required).
2. Two (2) recent passport size photographs.  Must be taken within six months. Required for all applicants.
3. If the Australian Embassy sent you forms, bring these, otherwise we will provide the required forms.
4. Please call for pricing and scheduling an appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks. No personal checks accepted.
